Doofus

Kids say the darndst things!
I LOVE what I do as a sideline (job?)
In my other life I entertainn kids as a clown. I have been entertaining for over 22 years.
The thing is...
It's not a "job" per se.
For me, clowning is "fun stuff"
I may grouse that I have "work" on a Saturday...but truely, what other job allows you to witness the following,
Me: "What's your name?"
Kid: "Doofus."
Me: "Excuse me? Uh...what's your name?"
Kid: "Doofus."
Kid next to Doofus first kid: "His name is George."
Me: "Oh, OK, hey George?... what kind of balloon do ya want?"
